As part of its planned visits to various institutions in the municipality of Sunyani, a delegation from the Sunyani Stakeholders for Development Association (SSAD) went to the Regional Cordinating Council on Tuesday, 15th March 2022 where they paid a courtesy call on the Bono Regional Minister, Hon. Justin Owusu Bannahene and exchanged views on how to move Sunyani forward. 
The delegation from the SSAD comprised of Mr Asare Yeboah (a.k.a Mackenzie), Mr Lawrence Osei-Bonsu, Mr Frank Hall Osei-Bonsu, Mr Forson Osei-Bonsu, Mr Bossman Antwi (Canada) and Nana Adom Manu. The association received a very warm welcome and in their deliberations mentioned to the Regional Minister that, the Sunyani Stakeholders Association for Development is in existence not to make the work of any office difficult but rather to help every office to make Sunyani great. The association draws its powers from the Sunyani Traditional Council and as such reports to the Omanhene of Sunyani .
In her closing remarks, the Bono Regional Minister, Awo, as she is well known because she is mother for all, commended the association for their vision and was hopeful that the non-partisan association will carry out its duties without any fear of victimisation .
The Regional Minister advised that, the association should stretch it’s tentacles to reach other areas of the entire region also. She assured the association of her support at all times.
